Sean Woodward
Mr. Woodward specializes in business enterprise valuations, purchase price allocations (ASC 805), impairment analyses (ASC 350), intellectual property valuations, contingent consideration valuations, and the valuation of equity (IRC 409A and ASC 718) for financial and tax reporting purposes. Prior to joining VRC, Mr. Woodward was a portfolio valuation analyst at Duff & Phelps where he specialized in the valuation of privately-held firms and illiquid financial instruments including leveraged loans, high yield bonds, convertible debt, preferred equity, common equity, and stock options. Prior to Duff & Phelps, Mr. Woodward served in the United States Marine Corps. Mr. Woodward has presented at the American Society of Appraisers (Princeton Chapter) and conducted webinars on behalf of Business Valuation Resources (BVR) on valuation issues for financial reporting purposes. He holds a BBA degree in finance from Pace University, where he graduated summa cum laude.
