The valuation of Personal Property (Machinery & Equipment) for Accounting Standards Codification (ASC) 805.  From Allocated Costs to Audit Pitfalls, join us for a presentation on the valuation of Personal Property (Machinery & Equipment) for Accounting Standards Codification (ASC) 805.  We will discuss what makes up personal property (M&E), the importance of data gathering and site inspections, valuation approaches employed, and typical audit challenges and pitfalls. The class is designed for MTS appraisers that prepare appraisals for use in ASC 805 appraisals, as well as for business valuation appraisers and non-MTS appraisers that use MTS appraisals for their practice but are unfamiliar with MTS appraisal best practices.
