Fees. Early Bird fees, which apply when registration forms and payments are submitted by March 13, are $310 for ASA Members, $340 for all others. After March 13, registration is $340 for ASA Members, $370 for all others. The fee includes meals and refreshments, and a copy of Unlocking Private Company Wealth by Z. Christopher Mercer (Peabody Publishing LP, 2014).

Credit. The program qualifies for eight hours of Continuing Education Credit (CEC) for ASA members and for members of other professional organizations which recognize NASBA credit.

The guest speaker will be Bob Wegbreit, one of three partners in the West Conshohocken firm of
Mr. Golkow, who holds a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School of Business and a J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, has drafted and negotiated many buy-sell agreements, including model buy-sell provisions for Pennsylvania LLCs as a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association’s PA LLC Forms Committee Task Force. He has also served as an expert witness regarding buy-sell agreements, and is a frequent speaker and lecturer on the topic.
Mr. Mitchell holds a BA from Gettysburg College and an MBA in Finance from LaSalle University. He joined Haverford Capital Advisors in 1998. His professional experience includes a broad range of business valuation and transaction advisory projects with a particular focus on clients in the healthcare industry. He has substantial experience in valuing pathology and clinical laboratories; radiology and imaging centers; and ambulatory surgery centers.
