Charlie Dixon received his initial professional credentials from the American Society of Appraisers as an Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA) within the discipline of Machinery & Technical Specialties. He also holds a Certified Senior Appraiser (CSA) designation from the Equipment Appraisers of North America (EANA). Charlie remains in compliance with the ASA and EANA appraiser reaccreditation programs, which involve continuing education related to USPAP and the appraisal industry. Charlie is a USPAP Certified Instructor in Personal Property (machinery & equipment) through the Appraisal Qualifications Board (AQB) of the Appraisal Foundation. He has also gained the Appraisal Review and Management (ARM-MTS) designation and is active in that capacity. Additionally, Charlie is active on the ARM discipline committee and serves as the Chair of the ARM Board of Examiners.
