Welcome Appraisers and Friends!

Are you a member of the American Society of Appraisers or the local chapter? If so, great! If not, please feel free to read about us and consider becoming a member.

The Philadelphia Chapter of the American Society of Appraisers has approximately 300 members from many disciplines and includes members throughout the metropolitan area including Pennsylvania, southern New Jersey and Delaware. The national organization has approximately 6,000 members.

To be a member of the American Society of Appraisers requires years of experience and a commitment too keeping up to date on knowledge and trends in our respective fields. Membership perks include networking opportunities, continuing education, upholding the standards of the profession and providing mentors to those interested in joining the profession.
