Mr. Rosoff is the President of Appraisal Services Associates, a firm of appraisers that provide forensic valuations of Fine Art, Antiques, Decorative Arts, Residential and Office contents. He has been appraising since 1984, is an Accredited Senior Appraiser, and is a Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors. Mr. Rosoff served as a Discipline Governor on the International Board of Governors of the ASA, was president of the New York Chapter of the ASA, has taught the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP). has testified as an expert witness. Mr. Rosoff has a B.A. degree in History of Art from the University of Michigan, completed the one-year training program at Sotheby’s London, completed the Certificate program in Appraisal Studies at New York University, and has worked for Christie’s New York.
